Precision Pipe Fittings are available as standard in Brass and 316 Stainless Steel. Precision Pipe Fittings can also be supplied in other materials including Monel®, Hastelloy® C276, Inconel®, Incoloy®, Duplex, Super Duplex and Titanium, as well and in special shapes. While the standard materials are 316 stainless steel, brass and carbon steel, we can also manufacture these fittings in other materials to meet your company’s needs.
FAV Precision Pipe Fittings are designed and arranged for instrumentation, process and fluid control. Precision Pipe fitting are offered in a variety of configurations, end connections and sizes that fulfil the need for leak-free performance of Process System. Main features that call for its use are its simplicity, compactness in design, ease of assembly, high reliability, easy availability & global acceptance.
Precision Pipe Fittings are manufactured from bar stock and forging for connection between pipe of Instrumentation and Process Control being used in Chemicals. Petrochemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Fertilisers as well as other major industries. All exposed threads are protected with plastic end caps.
The basic fitting competences show the fittings will stand up during prolonged acquaintance to temperatures as high as 800°F. Those ratings are reliant on upon the design and whether the fitting is 316 stainless steel or brass. Fittings made of 316 stainless steel are heat code noticeable for the benefit of your operation.
All exposed threads protected with plastic caps to prevent damage and packed in sealed, clear plastic bag for cleanliness.
Various type of threads available like NPT (National Pipe Taper) and exceed the requirement of ANSI B1.20.1., BSP/ISO (British Standard Pipe/International Standard Organisation). SAE/MS straight thread.
A wide array of configurations are available in Instrument Pipe Fittings such as Nipple Fittings, Adapter Fittings, Pipe Reducer, Couplings, and various customized machined components of various styles , shapes and sizes.
Advantages of FAV Precision Pipe Fittings?
1) Variety of styles, shapes and sizes
2) Variety of configurations and materials such as S316, brass and carbon steel.
3) Sizes available from 1/8” to 2” NPT.
4) Options of Precision thread end connections

Titanium Cap
Fav is the manufacturer and exporter of Titanium Cap which is a part of our titanium pipe fitting range.
Standard sizes available are ¼”, 3/8”, ½” & ¾” threading's available are NPT, BSP, BSPT
Applications
The high strength, low weight ratio and outstanding corrosion resistance inherent to titanium and its alloys has led to a wide and diversified range of successful applications which demand high levels of reliable performance in surgery and medicine as well as in aerospace, automotive, chemical plant, power generation, oil and gas extraction, sports, and other major industries.
In the majority of these and other engineering applications titanium has replaced heavier, less serviceable or less cost-effective materials. Designing with titanium taking all factors into account has resulted in reliable, economic and more durable systems and components, which in many situations have substantially exceeded performance and service life expectations.
Properties
Grade 2 titanium machining possesses similar characteristics to austenitic stainless steel. Although titanium is commonly perceived as challenging to machine, Grade 2 can be machined easily by following the recommended protocol—low cutting speeds, heavy feed rates, generous amounts of cutting fluids, sharp tools and rigid setups.
Titanium Female Connector
Fav is the manufacturer and exporter of Titanium Female Connector which is a part of our titanium compression fitting range.
Standard sizes available are ¼”, 3/8”, ½” & ¾” threading's available are NPT,BSP,BSPT
Standard sizes for tube side available are ¼” 3/8” ½” ¾” and 4mm 6mm 8mm 10mm 12mm.
