Three Way Manifold Valves

Introduction

3 Way Manifold Valves are commonly used in variance pressure request with Pressure gauges, Pressure switches & pressure transmitters. Two separation valves & one equalizing valve is provided. The standard connections are ½" NPTF. The drain connection of ¼" NPT is provided as an option.

Applications for 3 Way Manifold Valves

3 Valve manifolds are designed for remote or separate mounting.3 Way Manifold Valve is intended for isolated or distinct mounting. Connecting from process side and instrument side linking system impulse lines and transmitters, taking simple 3 valves configuration which permits for easy two block or isolate, one equalizer valve calibration of a static pressure transmitter or gauge.

It also permits isolation of the transmitter from the process loop. It involves of 2 block valves – high pressure and low pressure block valve. Two block valves offer instrument isolation, and one equalize valve is situated between the high and low transmitter process connections to deliver equal pressures on both sides. Linking from process side 1/2" npt(f) and instrument side 1/2" npt(f) joining system instinct lines and transmitters, consuming simple three valves configuration which allows for easy two block or isolate, one equalizer valve calibration of a static pressure transmitter or gauge.
