Monel Fittings & Valves

Monel is well known for its high strength and corrosion resistant properties. It works in a wide range of temperatures, and is available in multiple forms for a variety of products. Monel Fittings & Monel Valves are also often used for the high tolerance tubing. It exhibits excellent weldability, and it is often found in marine applications such as seawater valves and pump shafts.

Inconel and Incoloy Fittings & Valves

Inconel nickel-chromium-iron is a engineering material which require resistance to corrosion and heat. The alloy also has superb mechanical properties and presents the desirable combination of high strength and good workability. The properties of Inconel Fittings & Valves alloy 625 that make it an excellent choice for sea-water applications are freedom from local attack (pitting and crevice corrosion), high corrosion-fatigue strength, high tensile strength, and resistance to chloride-ion stress-corrosion cracking.

Hastelloy Fittings & Valves

Hastelloy C276 is a nickel-molybdenum-chromium super alloy with an addition of tungsten designed to have excellent corrosion resistance in a wide range of severe environments. Hastelloy Valves & Hastelloy Fittings is well known for Good machinability, although the alloy work hardens as is true of the nickel base alloys in general.Can be cold worked by all conventional methods.

Duplex & Super Duplex Fittings & Valves

Duplex stainless steels are called “duplex” because they have a two-phase micro structure consisting of grains of ferritic and austenitic stainless steel. This is a Duplex alloy stainless steel designed to feature high strength, resistance to pitting, stress corrosion cracking, erosion corrosion and corrosion fatigue, crevice corrosion and strong weldability. Super Duplex/Duplex Fittings & Super Duplex/Duplex Valves are becoming more common. They are being offered by all the major stainless steel mills for a number of reasons.

Titanium Fittings & Valves

Titanium Grade 2 may be considered in any application where formability and corrosion resistance are important, and strength requirements are moderate. This grade possesses good weldability, strength, ductility and formability. Grade 2 titanium machining possesses similar characteristics to austenitic stainless steel. This makes Titanium Valves & Fittings the prime choice for many fields of applications.
